• Send an Email: If you require the rental for a longer period, send us an email at pretado.ph@gmail.com with your extension request. Please include your name, rental order number, and the new return date you are requesting.

• Confirmation: Our team will review your request and respond to your email to confirm whether the extension is approved and provide details on any associated fees or terms.

• Extensions are subject to availability, so we recommend making your request as early as possible to secure the desired rental period.

4. Late Returns:
